Hot on the heels of yesterday's high-profile print ad, alleged images of back covers for the upcoming Moto X made the rounds. The blurry photos showcase a quartet of back panels in teal, red, purple, and green
The back covers in the photos above appear to fall in line with previously leaked images. Reportedly, there will be sixteen different colors to choose from when the Moto X goes official.
Furthermore, a fresh report has emerged, shedding light on the customization options which will be available for the device. Apparently, customers will be able to choose the Moto X's color and trim themselves. An option to engrave the smartphone will also be available. Contrary to previous reports, the smartphone's internals will not be subject to change.
An option for customers to upload a photo which will be used as a default wallpaper is also rumored. It will only be available for Moto X smartphones, ordered through the Google Play Store. Carrier versions won't get the same treatment.
The Moto X is firmly tipped as a mid-range device. Considering the constantly growing buzz surrounding the smartphone, we reckon its launch isn't too far away.
