Sony reveals Xperia Jelly Bean update now in very final stage

Sony had promised earlier that they will be releasing the Jelly Bean update for all the Xperia devices that were released in 2012. Now, in a tweet from the official account, Sony has confirmed that the update is in very final stages and that more information will be provided next week.

Just a quick update to say we hear you re: JB 4.1 for Xperia P & Go, (S, SL, acro S and ion). Work's in v. final stage - more news next week

The list of devices that will be getting the Android 4.1.2 update include the Xperia P, Go, S, SL, acro Sand the Ion. No details on when exactly these phones will be getting the update but we are hoping this will be addressed next week.
