Yes its true according to rumors the apple had started with an idea to bring a fingerprint scanner to their hardware bt as the problems accur the had delay the process as the apple wants perfection on their devices and this hard ware was creating problems bt now they have got it
and maybe the time of ios7 have came to an end maybe the apple is planning to launch a new OS for the next iPhone well we cant say any thing for what where and when apple can do so stay tuned for more info
